You can earn Stars every time you purchase an item, sign up for our email list. (You earn 1000 Stars for every $1 you spend shopping online.
Store When you’re ready to check out, show a store team member your Stars digital membership card on the app or provide your email/mobile number.
Online Sign in to your Stars Rewards account and then shop away.
Complete activities Stars can be earned by taking online surveys, sharing shopping preferences, watching videos and more.

Stars can neither be combined nor transferred between memberships.
Stars will not be awarded for buying a gift card but will be awarded when the gift card is applied to a purchase.
You’ll be able to redeem your Stars under the Drip Rewards. The more Stars you earn, the more rewards you unlock.
Redeem Stars for rewards including members-only items and experiences, sweepstakes entries, Stars Rewards gift cards, and more.
We cannot mail physical rewards (like clothes and accessories) to customers in Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories. Those customers can redeem their Star for digital rewards (like electronic gift cards) from our Rewards Center.
We have three tiers — X1, X2 and X3.
The more Stars you earn, the higher tier you’ll achieve, unlocking new perks and benefits.
X1 status: 0 and 29,999 Stars Spend $0-$299
X2 status: 30,000 and 49,999 Stars Spend $300-$499
X3 status: 50,000 Stars or more Spend over $500

You may earn and redeem Stars solely for your own account. There is a limit of one membership per person and Stars cannot be transferred.
Stars will not expire if you make at least one purchase within 365 days of your last purchase. We have more info about Stars in the Membership Term and Conditions.
Stars may be redeemed for rewards in the Stars Rewards Redemption Center. Stars will not be awarded for buying a gift card but will be awarded when the gift card is applied to a purchase.

All reward redemptions are final.
You must be a Drip Rewards member at the time of your purchase to earn Stars.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to get those well-deserved Stars credited to your account.

We’ll remove those Stars from your account.
It can take up to 3 business days to credit your Drip Rewards account with the new Stars. If your balance hasn’t been updated after 7 business days, then let our customer care team know by calling or emailing support@michaelcrowne.com
On rare occasions, it could take up to 30 days for Stars to appear in your account.
Transactions: There is a limit of 50,000 Stars earned per member per calendar month.
Engagement activities:
There is a limit of 1,000 Stars earned per member per calendar month.
(Engagement activities include answering a survey or posting on social media).
