All pricing is based on starting rates and will be subjected to change at any point in time. If there has been agreed pricing between Michael Crowne and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete. All projects are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project total to start. Unless purchased directly from the site store, full payment and deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice or the project will be subject to cancellation.


All remaining unpaid balances are due within 24 hours of your approval of the final design. Final payments are made with your saved card on file from the initial deposit receipt. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files will be sent to you. Currently, payments are all made via email (Square Invoice) or with a debit/credit card (Square Card Swipe). All Major Debit & Credit Cards are accepted under Square policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Michael Crowne does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon in writing. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Due to a sufficient amount of time that was invested into the current project, alternative refund negotiations will be brought before the client, and then further resolutions will be pursued. Once payment has been made to Michael Crowne, the project will begin in the time frame given to the client.


It is advised that you give the project ample time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, it may be a peak in the orders received and prior work received may take longer than expected. I provide a suitable time frame, however, there may be an additional business day or two needed before I can begin if it is a busy time. If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in the queue, payments already received by Michael Crowne will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business.


If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Michael Crowne and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.


Michael Crowne reserves the right to showcase any and all artwork designed, including but not limited to (sketches, drafts, mock-ups, unused design work, etc.,). If the client wishes to request privacy and discretion, there will need to be a formal document negotiated at the beginning of the project.


FOR ALL WEBSITE CLIENTS, the client is responsible and liable for the premium payments that will be charging your credit card each month/year. This fee will differ based on the type of website hosting plan you have. I am not liable for any damages, deletion of site, or loss of content due to non-payment of premium and negligence.


Original design files are not included in the project quote. There is a fee of $100 to receive project work files. After the first concept design is completed, additional corrections can be requested at $20/per rendition. For future updates to a design that has previously been approved (ex: changing a telephone number, altering the size of text or images, add/removing an image, adjusting colors, etc.,) there is a fee of $65/edit.

Abandoned Projects

A project will be considered abandoned if there is an unjustifiable fault in communication from the client after 14 days. Michael Crowne will pursue the very best efforts to get in touch with the client in order to finalize the project as quickly as possible. If the client wishes to complete the abandoned project, there will be a start-up fee of $100 to be applied.


Michael Crowne is contracted with various third-party local/out-of-state printers that are well-versed in the industry. In the rare case that there is a printing issue or delay, Michael Crowne will work with those printers directly to get the issue resolved. NOTE: Michael Crowne works on the third-party business print schedule. Any additional costs incurred will not be at the expense of Michael Crowne.


Please note that some print materials may not show the exact color that is shown on your device screen. This is due to the fact that each computer screen tint will vary. Any reprints required will not be at my expense.

Content Delivery Policy

Design projects are sent through email or cloud storage links from Michael Crowne. Logo designs will always be sent in .jpg, .png, .eps/.ai and .pdf format. Other digital projects (flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc) are sent in .jpg and .pdf format.


If a special file is needed, Michael Crowne will need to be contacted to supply that for the client. All original .psd or .ai files remain in the possession of Michael Crowne. There is a buyout option for those original .psd or .ai files at a firm fee of $65. Copyrighting and/or trademarking the logo is solely up to the client and is not the responsibility of Michael Crowne.

By entering into a project with Michael Crowne, you are consenting to the terms of service, policies, and procedures. It is recommended that the client read this page in full before commencing design work with Michael Crowne. Michael Crowne is not responsible for the client's negligence or non-compliance.

Michael Crowne reserves the right to refuse any service to the client if it proves to be unworthy of appropriate attention.
